BIO 

STEVE LACKEY   
FOUNDER/OWNER
MANAGING PRODUCER/CREATIVE DIRECTOR

A recipient of more than 30 industry awards for excellence in video storytelling, owner/founder Steve Lackey leverages his more than three decades of corporate communications experience serving leading organizations to craft memorable videos in a broad range of styles that deliver real impact and ROI.   

​

While leading high-performing creative teams at Deloitte and McKinsey, Steve brought his passion for creating strong human-centered narratives to crystalize, illuminate, and amplify his clients’ core messages.  He’s also lead institutional storytelling video projects as a McKinsey executive producer/director for top tier organizations in the private, public and social sectors.

​

In 2022, Steve received top honors with a gold ‘Stevie’ from the American Business Awards for best Corporate Social Responsibility video, and two videos he produced won platinum ‘Viddy Awards' for long form videos in the technology and entertainment categories by the Association of Marketing andCommunications Professionals.

 

In his spare time, Steve's interests, including photography, music making and travel, enrich his unique approach to storytelling.

What do CNN, the World Wildlife Fund, Columbia University, the United States Senate, AOL, and Rolling Stone magazine have in common?   Communications pro Caroline Walker.   With more than 20 years of experience helping top-tier organizations expand their reach, Caroline combines her broad perspective and deep expertise with a commitment to making a difference.  

 

Today, her passion for helping nonprofit organizations comes full circle.  As a development officer for the World Wildlife Fund, the Children’s Scholarship Fund, Columbia University, and Washington University, Caroline played a lead role in moving the needle on major donor fundraising.  Now, she partners with Broadview Films on nonprofit video projects, bringing her communications and video production experience to help create videos that inspire positive change.  

 

Caroline’s outside interests include deep community involvement in her hometown of Rye, New York, family time, travel, genealogy, rescue dogs and birds.  Caroline does not like to cook.

JORDAN TAMAGNI
SENIOR ADVISOR

Jordan Tamagni is strategic communications consultant with 30 years of experience working primarily with public figures, elected officials, state and local governments, and non-profit organizations, with a focus on high-quality editorial and creative content, editing, and messaging.

 

Jordan began her communications career in the White House Administrations of President William J. Clinton, where she served as Special Assistant to the President and senior Presidential Speechwriter, among other roles. Since then, she has been a senior communications advisor in both the private and public sector, including at AOL/Time Warner, serving as CEO Steve Case’s senior speechwriter and senior director of corporate and foundation communications; in the administration of New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, helping Caroline Kennedy relaunch the Fund for Public Schools; and for the last 15 years at UNICEF, as Senior Communications Advisor, in which role she has overseen executive communication, helped lead the development of the UNICEF Global Brand Strategy, the UNICEF Global Communications and Public Advocacy Strategy, and numerous flagship reports. 

 

Her board experience includes serving on the Board of Governors of the Brooklyn Heights Association, the President’s Advisory Board of the New York Academy of Art, the Brooklyn School of Music, and the Packer Parent Association Board. A lapsed attorney and former Sparer Public Interest Law Fellow at Brooklyn Law School, she is also a graduate and former trustee of Antioch College, a learning institution whose first President, Horace Mann, famously charged students to “be ashamed to die until you have won some victory for humanity.”
